What is Infinite Campus?
Infinite Campus houses all student census information, grades, attendance, schedules, health records, and other data. Students have individual usernames and passwords to access the system. Parents will likewise receive personal log-in information to Infinite Campus, where they will be able to view all of their student’s information (from current grades and due dates to health records, fees, and fines) via the parent portal.
Infinite Campus is an information tool and does not replace communication between students, parents, and teachers. Silver Creek staff encourage all students to take responsibility for managing their own school work and to communicate with their parents about progress in classes and school activities.
How does Infinite Campus work?
Posting of Grades: While grades are continuously updated in IC throughout the semester, three (3) times a semester progress grades will be posted for parents. The final grade will be posted as the fourth posting. Below are approximate times of the semester. For exact dates, please see the school website.
- Fall: (1) end of September, (2) end of October, (3) end of November, and (4) final grade within the first two weeks of January.
- Spring: (1) early part of February, (2) mid March, (3) end of April, and (4) final grade within the last week of May/first week of June.
Parents who are newcomers to Infinite Campus:
- The parent/guardian should make sure the student and family information in Infinite Campus is accurate.
- Once the information is verified, parents/guardians will have access to their student’s information 24 hours a day.
Students who are newcomers to Infinite Campus:
- Student username consists of the first six letters of the student’s last name, followed by a period, then the first six letters of the student’s first name, followed by his/her two-digit birthday (day of month). For example: Smith.Suzann02
- Student passwords are the Infinite Campus passwords preceded by the letters “sv”. For example: svXXXXXX
- Please keep your password private.
